"Working with the IE/ME team you get to see what goes into manufacturing a new product and the challenges associated with this. Taking part in process qualification involves working across the plant to validate, and it really allows you to see and understand how all the parts come together to produce an end process. Working with a wide variety of people gives a better understanding of the business and the chance to develop interpersonal skills."
